In order to do this, we need to recognize, within the interviews, the assertive acts. Then, based on the categories proposed by Albelda and Cestero (2011) and Briz (2010) we will classify the strategies. Finally, we will analyze the results and compare and contrast the groups, pointing out the differences between them. By doing this research we intend to determine which strategies are used by people who belong to different groups within the same geographic area (Monterrey), when they use them, how much and what are the differences between them."pdfengHUMANIDADES Y CIENCIAS DE LA CONDUCTAInteracción social--InvestigaciónRelaciones interpersonalesComunicación interpersonal--InvestigaciónGrupos socialescomunicación--Aspectos socialesCortesía--Aspectos socialesAsertividad (Psicología)Aceptación socialMitigating devices: An analysis of the corpus “El Habla de Monterrey"Tesis de licenciaturaImagen personalopenAccess
