We all go through different situations which make us grow both, in our personal and professional lives. At present, the focus in teachers’ lives and in the roll experiences take in teachers’ professional development has increased significantly due to the demand of a higher quality of education in the world. Furthermore, teachers play an essential role in the success of educational institutes and therefore in the learning of students. In addition, teachers’ professional development does not only come from the preparation and formation of teachers’ professional knowledge in educational programs, but also from the events teachers face throughout their professional lives and from how they transform their knowledge into practice to benefit students’ learning, how they act in their contexts, how they interact with colleagues, students and parents and their daily routines they have inside and outside the classroom, in other words how they adapt themselves to the environment in which they work (Avalos, 2010; Rodriguez, 2011). Moreover, pre-service teachers often have little support and have to face and handle all these events by themselves."pdfengHUMANIDADES Y CIENCIAS DE LA CONDUCTAMaestros de ingles--MéxicoMaestros--Capacitación deInglés--Estudio y enseñanzaMaestros--México--EntrevistasMaestros--ActitudesCritical moments in pre-service elt mexican teachers’ first professional experiencesTesis de licenciaturaopenAccess
