Public and private education change their working method to avoid contagion among their students and teachers. For some students and teachers, this way of teaching and learning was something new, but other was just part of their everyday life. In some schools, they already used platforms to complete the teaching learning process with their students. This research is a case study that studies a teacher and her students in this new process there are facing due to the pandemic. This study investigates the best practices that teachers and students have adequate in this new teaching-learning situation, their adaptation, develop during the pandemic situation. A small population of a public primary school in Puebla City in Mexico participated in this investigation.
