Some of them even raised a family there giving to their children the possibility of acquiring and learning English Language. Thus, it is comprehensible that once parents return to their place of origin their children have the risk of losing the knowledge over this language and stop the development of the ability to apply it, in other words their communicative competence. This can be reflected in Nealtican, Puebla, where exists a high rate of migration movements to U.S.A. For that reason, one of the public primary schools called “Niños Héroes de Chapultepec” asked for help to some authorities of Faculty of Languages at BUAP to support the continuance of acquisition and learning of English. However, at the end it was decided to include the whole groups for receiving this benefit. Then it was agreed to use storytelling along classes with the youngest pupils to make the classes attractive. Nonetheless, this allowed setting a research to determine the efficacy and potentiality to increase English communicative competence."
