dc.description.abstract"This thesis reports on a qualitative study concerning classroom management problems. The study was carried out at a public university in a faculty of modern languages which has an English language teaching program. The research also took place in a public secondary school in Puebla. This study had two principal aims: The first one was to analyze the most common problems that trainees faced in their classroom management while doing teaching practices and the second one was to analyze the strategies that the trainees used to solve their classroom management problems. The research data were collected through observations, interviews and reflective journals. The participants of this research were four trainees of the modern language faculty who were doing their teaching practices in a public secondary school."es_MX
