Abstract
"The purpose of the present investigation is to stimulate autonomous learning in students and identify the strategies that teachers implement in class to improve the skills of German language. This is qualitative research, since the data will be obtained through the opinion and experience of the participants. The participants are three teachers and three students from German language of different levels that will allow obtaining the data for this investigation. The instruments that will be applied in this investigation are an interview and a class observation. The analysis of the data will be in sections analyzing the answers of the participants according to each item. The limitations of this investigation were the lack of experience of doing research, the time to apply the instruments and the small number of participants to obtain the information that will help to carry out this investigation".
