Abstract
"The purpose of the present study is to identify the most common problems that students of
intermediate level face with phrasal verbs and the strategies that could be followed to
overcome this learning situation that they face.
Moreover, this research will lead students to understand more clearly what phrasal verbs
imply and the importance of them in order to have a more successful communication inside
the classroom and outside of it in different situations like talking with teachers, chatting with
native speakers and reading books, magazines and other texts."
