Abstract
“The question of the problem has risen from a Public Elementary school with beginner students. Fourth grade students. The school where the problem emerged is located in a rural area; despite the fact that it is a place near the city; more than 90 % of students who attend school are from the rural zone. San Andrés Cholula is a community near Puebla City. In this town there is just one public elementary school and also it is the only one cause even if the school is located near, there are no private schools in this village. The school where the problem has been found is an official school called “Paz Montaño”. The Secretaría de Educación Pública, SEP, as its acronym says, has offered the opportunity to his school to implement an emerging program, in which just few schools are chosen to follow the new programs that the SEP is implementing, referred to the English area. There are 18 groups in the school three groups per grade and all of them have been offered English classes. Nevertheless, the problematic situation has been detected in 4th grade. The second language is taught 3 times per week, 50 minutes each session.”
