Abstract
"The stress is the body’s way of responding to any kind of demand caused by good and bad experiences. As a teacher, good and bad experience in teaching performance can be caused by factors inside the classroom such as students, parents, and learning environment. The present paper intends to determine which factor cases less or more stress in the classroom and if there is a way to overcome the stress caused by them in order to make the English teaching profession easier specifically as a novice teacher in working in the field. The information in this document was provided through the collaboration of 6 undergraduate students from the Facultad de Lenguas at BUAP in the major of English Language Teaching (LEI). The survey created for this research consists of two main parts: an open question section and a rate numerical scale along with open items which was applied to 6 novices English Teachers 3 females and 3 males. The equal number of participants from each gender had the main purpose to get a wider and different point of view about stress in the classroom according their own experiences in their first year teaching."
