Abstract
"The main purpose of this research study was to explore, describe, and provide a better understanding of the management problems that teachers and novice teachers face inside classrooms of secondary school level. Moreover, it investigated and identified what is the kind impact of such classroom management issues on the language learning process as well as the underlying causes/reasons for them. This particular project took place within the context of the Escuela Secundaria Federal N° 1 Presidente Cárdenas located in the state of Puebla, México, in which five professors were taken as participants to answer the questionnaire elaborated to gather data from their current experiences, beliefs, and knowledge in the field of managing classes. Therefore, since secondary school has always been a tough educational level to teach in, it was necessary to look for the classroom issues that experienced teachers and novice teachers deal with at this level; taking into account the adolescent stage in which students are going through. Furthermore, this project intended to provide enough information and knowledge to teachers so that they are capable of finding out techniques as solutions to the variety of problems found".
