dc.description.abstract"The main objectives of this research are, on the one hand, to outline the study opportunities for audiovisual translators in Mexico and, on the other hand, to evaluate the proposal of audiovisual translation as a new subject at the Faculty of Languages of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla measured by surveys of teachers and students, in order to expand the field of knowledge of its graduates. This elective course would embrace a short introduction to audiovisual translation and its tools, as well as a little practice, especially in subtitling.".es_MX
