Abstract
"This research is about the necessity to create a syllabus of an English Language class based on the level of the English language as well as the specific needs that the members of the Touristic Police in the state of Puebla have. This is because by knowing the needs of these policemen, the attention which is provided to the national and international visitors will be better. The Context of the Research and the importance of the study identify deficiencies in the domain of the English language inside the Touristic Police in the state of Puebla. The aim of the research where the main point is to identify necessities and create a syllabus to cover those needs. The English language is learned by many people around the world, and used for different activities which have to do with human beings and their social behavior such as science, technology, religion, as well as in institutions international relations related to the preservation of tourism and its increase. English for specific purposes (ESP) refers to the teaching and learning of English as a second or foreign language where the goal of the learners is to use English in a particular domain".
