dc.description.abstract | “The (UNESCO) is an organization that works on languages and multilingualism issues. It takes many forms, building capable research and analysis, raising awareness, supporting projects, developing networks, and disseminating information The function of this organization has a lot of important activities that cover the purpose of this research project. In fact, as these activities are interdisciplinary in nature, they are spread throughout five programmers’ areas, each one addressing particular aspects of language. The activities of the education sector promote inclusion in education and quality learning enhancement, It means supporting bilingual education, especially the use of mother-tongues at all levels of the education system, informal and non-formal settings, paying special attention to policy advice, teacher training, the development of textbooks, learning materials and collecting and disseminating good practice in bilingual and multilingual education and literacy In spite of the present difficulties with the basic education, a higher system is being developed and the modernization of education will be able to confront them, this level is playing a priority role respect to the intermediate and higher education levels, at least in the order of discourse of those in charge of national education policy which are nothing more than the reflection of the clear opportunity implicit of lesser risk”. | es_MX |
