Abstract
"Flexible electronics has emerged as an innovative field with significant potential to revolutionize the electronic device industry. This study investigates the importance and practical applications of flexible electronics, specifically focusing on essential devices like metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) didoes capacitors, and thin film transistors (TFTs), also photodetectors. These devices were intricately designed and fabricated on flexible substrates like polyethylene terephthalate (PET)m utilizing metal oxides as semiconductor material. Furthermore, emphasis was placed on the significance of employing solution deposition techniques, such as spray pyrolysis and spin coating, in the production of these flexible devices. These methods offered control over the deposition of semiconductors and other materials, thereby exerting a substantial influence on the quality and performance metrics of flexible electronic devices. The research extended beyond fabrication of these devices on flexibles substrates to encompass an examination of their electrical characteristics, durability, and flexibility. Electrical analysis was employed to evaluate the performance of MIS diodes and photodetectors, assessments, were instrumental in gauging a crucial aspect for the practical implementation of these devices in real/world applications".
