Abstract
"In many schools there are different ways in which a child or a person learns. One of them is by a teacher but what happens when a program is implemented in which the Teacher in charge is invaded by another teacher in this case an English teacher and both of them have their own way to teach students. Even, students do not have the opportunity to get two different methodologies and language at the same time, so did that the students reflect confusion of who have the authority on the classroom. That was what I did join on this project to research what are the challenges must have to face an English Teacher with the Maestro Titular (MT) in the classroom. The aim of this project is to identify the general attitudes, the influence of the Maestro Titular (MT) and if are some advantages or disadvantages in the English classroom with the implementation of this program. It is important how these aspects could affect the environment in the classroom for this I research based on this project of thesis".
