dc.description.abstract"This research adopts a sociocultural perspective on language and learning which considers the participation of students “in the kinds of activities our everyday lives comprise” as “both the product and the process of learning” (Zuengler & Miller, 2006, pp. 50-51). This way, the social practices of teaching might be carried out in a more “ecological” (Breen, 2001a) manner to suit the sociocultural context of a language classroom within the LEMO considering the different issues regarding students’ social realities and identities".es_MX
