Abstract
"This research highlights the teaching experiences of collaborative work of pre-service teachers doing co-teaching. Reciprocal observations, feedback and reflections were gathered, reconstructed and analyzed as a narrative which was used to identify the challenges, efforts and aspects of early professional awareness of the co-teachers. In addition, this study responds to the need of documenting studies about the participation of teachers in communities of practice as stated by Freeman and Johnson in their article. Reconceptualizing the Knowledge-Base of Language Teacher Education as the possibility of early professional development increases when approaching English Language Teaching (ELT) in a collaborative way. The objective is describing co-teaching impact concerning aspects of LEI students-teachers professional development through teaching experiences".
