Abstract
"This thesis project was conducted to investigate “Students’ perceptions about the use of Role Playing as a strategy to speak in an EFL 3rd grade class at a public junior high school” The aim of this study was to explore students’ perceptions about the usefulness of role-playing to speak in a third-grade English Foreign Language group at a public junior high school. This research was developed through a qualitative approach. Specifically, this study was 25 third-grade students from group ‘A’ from a public junior high school “Tecnica 54 “from San Miguel Contla Tlaxcala. The participants were eleven girls and fourteen boys between fourteen and fifteen years of age. Participants had to share their perceptions about the role-play technique in their English class".
