dc.description.abstract"This paper has the purpose to discover the causes and difficulties that could influence to high school learners when they are studying and learning English. It is necessary to research about the foremost problem that teachers, high school students and parents face during the process of teaching-learning English as a foreign language. The research of this problem is based on the effects that warning about the students´ perceptions on the level of importance students have to learn English and also take into account teachers and parents main views in this research."es_MX
